- Have a glass of milk everyday before going bed
- Apply extract of orange peel on skin and wash it after half an hour in light warm water. your skin will shine.
- Bath twice a day during summer. this will keep your skin fresh and healthy
- Have fruits and vegetables rich in vitamins A & D
- Avoid food items like chocolate and ice cream which contain very high amount of sugar.
- Apply turmeric powder on body and wash when it dries.
- Mix milk and a bit of sandal powder and have it in morning
- Avoid using food with excess salt, sugar and sour.

- Sleep 7-8 hours a day.

- Applying lemon juice will reduce the darkness of ankles.
